Claims (12)
1. Lager mit einem eine geringe Reibung aufweisenden, verstärkten Element aus Plastik, das mit einer Gleitfläche versehen ist, die
mit einer Gegenfläche in Gleitkontakt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenfläche eine Oberflächenrauhigkeit von max. 0,050 micron
und eine Vickers-Härte von minimal 1000 aufweist.
2. Lager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberflächenrauhigkeit
der Gegenfläche nicht größer als 0,02 micron ist.
3. Lager nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß die Vickers-Härte der Gegenfläche nicht kleiner als 1100 ist.
4. Lager nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeich- *
net, daß das aus Plastik bestehende Element Tetrafluoräthylen enthält. 1^
5. Lager nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Gegenfläche die Oberfläche eines festen Körpers ist, der feuerfestes oder keramisches Material enthält.
6. Lager nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Oberfläche als Beschichtung eines Trägers ausgebildet ist, wobei die Beschichtung feuerfestes oder keramisches
Material enthält.
7. Lager nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger aus
Metall besteht.
8. Lager nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke
der Beschichtung wenigstens 0,05mm beträgt.
9. Lager nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß das feuerfeste oder keramische Material das Carbid, Nitrid, Borid oder Oxyd von Silicium, Wolfram, Titan,
Chrom oder Aluminium enthält.
10. Lager nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß das feuerfeste oder keramische Material
synthetischen Saphir oder Diamant enthält.
11. Lager nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das feuerfeste
oder keramische Material Wolframcarbid in einer Kobaltmatrix enthält.
12. Lager nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das feuerfeste
oder keramische Material Siliciumnitrid in einer Yttrium/ Aluminiumoxyd/Stickstoff-Glasmatrix enthält.
