Die Glocke ertönt nun sofort wieder, sobald durch öffnen der Tür die Feder g zurückgeht, sich an die Feder h anlegt und letztere gleichzeitig hebt, wodurch der Kontakt Ar₁ unterbrochen, der Kontakt k jedoch wieder geschlossen wird und die Stellung wieder wie in Fig. 1 eintritt.
