Beim Zurückgehen der Stange 3 greift die Sperrklinke 5 in die gezahnte Welle 4 ein, so daß die Stange 3 verhindert wird, schneller als sich die Welle 4 dreht, in ihre Normallage zurückzukehren. Es ist leicht zu ersehen, daß die Vorrichtung nicht von der Dauer des Tastendruckes, sondern nur von der Hubhöhe der Stange 3 abhängt. Zweckentsprechend werden zwei Sperrklinken 5 und 5' angeordnet, von denen die eine 5' etwas kürzer als die andere 5 ist, damit, falls die eine zufälligerweise auf die Spitze eines Zahnes der Welle 4 zu stehen kommt, die andere Sperrklinke in die Welle eingreift. Beide Sperrklinken können mittels einer Regulierschraube 6 der gezahnten Welle 4 mehr oder weniger genähert werden, wodurch die Zeitdauer des Eingriffs und damit die Größe der Verzögerung bestimmt werden kann.
