Der Beschwererdeckel ist eben oder nur schwach gewölbt ausgebildet, so daß er gut auf den Früchten liegen bleibt. Der Verschlußdeckel des Topfes ist entweder stark gewölbt oder mit einem nach unten gerichteten Rand versehen, mit dem er in einer Rille der Oberkante des Topfes eingreift, die mit Alkohol gefüllt ist.
