Neuerungsgemäß ist die Einlage so ausgebildet, daß sie aus einem gefalteten Tuch aus Mull, Molton, Flanell o. dgl. besteht, dessen Lagen an den Schmalseiten zusammengenäht sind und an den Längsseiten offene Taschen bilden.
