Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet ein Verdampfungskörper für ununterbrochenen Betrieb, und zwar hauptsächlich für stärkere Konzentrationen, z. B. Zuckerlösungen, unter Verwendung abgeschlossener Dampfbeheizung. Der Apparat kennzeichnet sich im wesentlichen dadurch, daß als Verdampfungskörper eine mit Doppelboden und Innenbeheizung versehene schlangenförmige Rinne zur Anwendung kommt. Die Rinne erhält eine schmale, tiefe Ausbildung und ermöglicht sowohl eine gleichmäßige Verteilung als auch ein gleichmäßiges, fortlaufendes Herabrieseln des Gutes.The subject of the invention forms an evaporation body for uninterrupted Operation, mainly for higher concentrations, e.g. B. sugar solutions, under Use of closed steam heating.
