Claims (1)

  1. Patentansprüche
    1.) Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Urokinase aus einer wäßrigen Lösung, die mindestens 500 CTA-Einheiten Urokinase pro ml enthält durch Absorption und Elution, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wäßrige Lösung bei einem pH von 5,0 bis 6,5 mit Carboxymethylcellulose kontaktiert und anschließend die gereinigte Urokinase von der Carboxymethylcellulose eluiert wird.
    2.) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die molare Konzentration der Ausgangslösung an Natriumphosphat, falls Natriumphosphat vorhanden ist, vor der Zugabe der Carboxymethylcellulose auf einen Wert von nicht größer als 0,15 eingestellt wird.
    5.) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Urokinase mit einem Natriumphosphatpuffer von pH 6,0 bis 7,0 und mit einer molaren Konzentration an Natriumphosphat von mindestens 0,25 eluiert wird.
