In der Patentschrift 103588 (Kl. 45) ist bereits vorgeschlagen worden, aus dem Serum des Blutes gegen Rotlauf immunisierter Schweine ein die Antikörper gegen Rotlauf enthaltendes Dauerpräparat herzustellen. Es ist hierbei gefunden worden, dafs durch Ausfällen zunächst der wertlosen Teile und darauf folgendes Ausfällen der die immunisierenden Stoffe enthaltenden Bestandteile des Serums die verhältnismäfsig wohlfeile Herstellung eines konzentrierteren Präparates möglich ist, indem die so gewonnenen wirksamen Niederschläge ohne die eine solche Präparation hindernden Bestandteile des Serums in einer eigenartigen Konservierungsflüssigkeit gelöst werden. B. von Schafen und Pferden, gewonnenes, sehr hochwertiges Rohserum ohne besondere Vorreinigung unmittelbar mit den Konservierungsstoffen nach Anspruch 2 des Patentes 103588 zu einem haltbaren und wirksamen Präparate gegen Rotlauf zu verarbeiten und dieses nach Belieben zu verdünnen.
