Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Heizen der Oefen mit flüssigen Brennstoffen. Diese Vorrichtung ist an der Ofenthür drehbar' angebracht und kann mit hochaufgehängtem Petroleumbeha'lter in jedem bestehenden Ofen benutzt werden. Der Apparat ist mittelst Bolzen i an der Thür α drehbar befestigt und besteht aus zwei schaufeiförmigen, über einander angeordneten, durch Schrauben verbundenen Theilen b und c. Durch das Rohr d fliefst das Petroleum nach dem rechtwinklig anschliefsenden Rohr e. Dieses letztere Rohr ist an der unteren Seite mit sehr feinen Löchern versehen, aus welchen der durch Erhitzen des Theiles b entstehende Petroleumdampf ausströmt. Diese unter hohem Druck stehende Flamme, welche nach unten gerichtet ist, wird durch den unter dem Theil b sitzenden zweiten schaufelartigen Theil c nach oben gelenkt und breit gehalten und füllt nunmehr, durch den im Ofen herrschenden Zug fortgeführt, die Züge des Ofens aus.The apparatus is rotatably fastened to the door α by means of bolts i and consists of two scoop-shaped parts b and c arranged one above the other and connected by screws. Die Handhabung ist eine sehr einfache. Beim Oeffnen der Thür wird das vorher durch einen mit einem Ausschnitt versehenen Verschlufshebel gehaltene Rohr e frei gegeben und der Theil c legt sich zur Seite an die Innenwand des Ofens, so dafs eine Drehung der Thür nach aufsen mit der Vorrichtung möglich ist (Fig. 2 punktirt). Auf den Teller f wird jetzt etwas Spiritus gegossen und angezündet, wodurch der Theil b erhitzt wird. Nach wenigen Minuten öffnet man durch Drehen am Ventil g das Zuflufsrohr für den Brennstoff. Das OeI tritt ein, wird verdampft und strömt aus dem Rohr e aus. Der Dampf entzündet sich durch die noch brennende Spiritusflamme von selbst. Der Oelbehälter mufs ca. 2 m hoch aufgehängt sein, um einen hohen Druck zu erzielen. Die Hohlkugel h dient als Windkessel und regelt den Druck.The handling is very simple. An der Ofenthür befestigter Apparat zum Heizen der Oefen mit Petroleum u. dgl. mit einem mehrere feine nach unten gerichtete Austrittsöffnungen enthaltenden Verdampfer, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dafs unter diesem ein schaufeiförmiger Vertheiler c derart angeordnet ist, dafs er die Flamme nach oben ablenkt.Patent claim:
