Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Fußbettsohle für normales Schuhwerk, insbesondere für über Riemen od. dgl. am Fuß gehaltene Sandalen, und befaßt sich mit der Aufgabe, durch eine geeignete Sohlenkonstruktion die Möglichkeit einer zweckmäßigen Fußgymnastik zu schaffen, durch welche die Muskeln und Bänder gekräftigt werden und Fußdeformationen entgegengewirkt wird.The invention relates to a footbed sole for normal footwear, in particular for over straps or the like. Dabei geht aber die Erfindung von der bisher noch nicht genügend berücksichtigten Erkenntnis aus, daß die therapeutische Wirkung des »Gehens im Sand« darin besteht, daß zunächst die Fußferse in weichen, nachgiebigen Sand eintritt, durch die Schrägstellung der Fußunterseite einen härteren, verfestigten Sandberg vor sich bildet und beim weiteren Gehen über diesen Berg hinweg abrollt, wobei der Mittelfuß hart abgestützt wird. Schließlich greifen die Zehen in einer Verankerungsbewegung in weichen Sand und haben die Möglichkeit, sich hierbei durchzukrümmen, also im Sand zu verkrallen. Von den bekannten Fußbettsohlen ist in vorliegender Erfindung das bekannte Merkmal eines harten mittleren Sohlenbereiches übernommen worden, wie es für ofhopädisches Schuhwerk oder für Schuheinlagen häufig benutzt wird, wobei sich der harte mittlere Sohlenbereich dieser bekannten Ausführungen nach vorn und hinten in zusammendrückbare, federnd nachgiebige Bereiche fortsetzt, die z. B. aus Schaumgummi bestehen. Bei dieser bekannten Fußbett-Innensohlenkonstruktion ist der Schaumgummi in Ausnehmungen im harten Sohlenmaterial angeordnet und bietet insbesondere für die Zehen nicht die Möglichkeit eines Verkrallens, weil die Randzehen bzw. die Zehenränder noch im harten Bereich liegen.
