The subject matter of the present invention relates to that described in D.R.P.93686 Rusk cutting machine and aims to simplify and improve the adjusting device for the counter holder.

These two described in the main patent 93686, and respectively in Fig. 1 and 2 in front view. Side view shown, with 5 Y ¹ Y and ZZ designated adjusting devices, which served on the one hand to determine the thickness of the cut and thus to limit the advance of the counter-holder i ?, on the other hand to hold the latter, show the disadvantage that an adjustment at two points was necessary and that if an exact match of the adjustments was not achieved at both points, the machine delivered biscuit slices of unequal thickness. According to the present invention, this disadvantage is remedied in that the two aforementioned adjusting devices are combined into a single one.

In the accompanying drawings, the arrangement of the adjusting device is illustrated, namely Fig. 1 shows the same in top view, Fig. 2 shows the | Adjusting device with the knife E in the rest position in side view, FIG. 3 the adjusting device with the knife E in the working position; 4 is the side view of the cutting machine with the rotating knife E and the counter-holder R advanced; Fig. 5 is a detail view from Fig. 4 showing the anvil R in a retracted position; FIG. 6 is the front view of the cutting machine according to FIG. 4 and FIG. 7 finally the top view of the cutting machine according to FIG. 4.

On the rod S, which is guided in bearings TT as in the main patent and to which the counter holder R is attached, sits an adjusting nut S ^τ with a counter nut S ² . The adjusting nut is firmly connected to the collar Y ¹ and strikes one of the bearings T during the operation of the counter holder R , whereby the feed of the counter holder R caused by the spring s ¹ resting against the other bearing T is limited and thus determines the thickness of the cut will. The adjusting nut S ¹ thus forms a firmly connected whole with the collar F ¹ , but also with the collar F ^3. The inevitable return of the counter-holder R takes place, as in the main patent, by the crank Q. (FIGS. 2 and 3), in that the fork-shaped upper end q rests against the collar F ³ connected to the adjusting nut S ¹

This arrangement of the compulsory backward movement of the counter-holder R has the advantage over that of the main patent that the path of the counter-holder is always the same, that is, the counter-holder R becomes, without any need for influencing the mechanism pushing it back, always by as much of the counter-holder separated rusk slices are pushed away, so that the clearance which the slices need to fall down is always the same, whatever the thickness of the slices.

In the main patent, the range just mentioned is different, namely less with thick rusk slices than with thin ones, because the inevitable backward movement of the counter holder jR cannot be regulated. In this case it is therefore necessary that the counter holder R is always pushed back so far that there is still enough room for even the thickest biscuit slices to fall. The pushing back of the counter-holder R could be regulated according to the thickness of the section by adjustable arrangement of the pin s , but this would increase the number of regulating devices, two of which are already required in the main patent to determine the thickness of the section.

All of this is remedied in the simplest way by the arrangement described above.

You only need to set the adjusting nut S ¹ according to the desired section thickness, then firstly the advance of the counter-holder R is limited, secondly, the holding of the counter-holder is regulated by the angle lever L ¹ and, thirdly, the backward movement of the counter-holder R is regulated.

There is still no need to transfer the operation of the counter-holder. -R on one Rusk cutting machine with rotating knife shaft and automatic feed of the baked goods, as shown in Figs. 4, 5, 6 and 7 to describe.

As soon as the knife E has penetrated the baked goods, the angle lever L ¹ is triggered again and the counter holder R is only under the pressure of the spring s ¹ .

This release of the angle lever L ¹ takes place in such a way that the thumb d ^B (Fig. 4) rotating with the shaft ^{a 1} presses against the upper end of the angle lever L ¹ , against the action of the spring F (Fig. 6), whereby the lower end of the angle nebula is removed ^{from the collar F 1.}

When the biscuit slices are completely separated, the counter-holder R is also forced back against the spring action s ¹ in such a way that the thumb d * rotating with the shaft ^a% presses against the upper end of the crank Q. which is rotatable about the axis JV , while the lower fork-shaped split end q rests against the collar Y] (Fig. 5).

Patent Claims: 1. An embodiment of the rusk cutting machine described in patent specification 93686, characterized in that the two for determining the slice thickness, respectively.
