Es hat sich aber herausgestellt, daß derartige Luftbewegungsvorrichtungen nur in solchen Fällen wirksam sind, wenn die Außentemperatur um den Gefrierpunkt liegt und oberhalb des Bodens in einigen Metern Höhe noch Luftschichten vorhanden sind, die in ihrer Temperatur wesentlich oberhalb des Gefrierpunktes liegen. ist bei den bekannten Geräten entweder nicht oder nur durch Kippen des gesamten Mastes
unter Zuhilfenahme von mindestens zwei geländegängigen Zugfahrzeugen, wie z. B. Raupenschleppern,
möglich. Infolgedessen ist es nicht oder nur in sehr umständlicher und zeitraubender Weise möglich, die
Vorrichtung unterschiedlichen Geländefoimen, z. B. mehr oder weniger steilen Hängen, anzupassen.
Außerdem kann man infolge der kontinuierlichen Verdrehbewegung um die vertikale Schwenkachse
ein solches Gerät nicht am Rande eines Weinberges, beispielsweise auf einem Weg, aufstellen, auf dessen
anderer Seite keine Reben stehen, weil man sonst rund 50% des verwendeten Brennstoffes vergeuden
würde. Das gleiche gilt für Fälle, in denen die Weinberge oder sonstigen zu erwärmenden Bodenflächen
verschiedener Eigentümer aneinandergrenzen. Ähnliche Überlegungen gelten auch für solche Fälle, in
denen in Nähe des frostgefährdeten Bereiches sich irgendwelche Gegenstände (Scheunen, Bäume usw.)
befinden, die eine Beheizung nicht vertragen, und auch in Anwendungsfällen, wo man ein derartiges
Vorrichtung zur Frostbekämpfung,

Wärme auch wirklich auf diejenigen Bereiche zu begrenzen, in denen die Wärme erforderlich ist. Dies
kann man weder mit einer völlig fest stehenden Vorrichtung noch mit einer sich kontinuierlich verdrehenden
Vorrichtung erreichen. Bei den sich kontinuierlich verdrehenden bekannten Vorrichtungen sind
außerdem komplizierte und störungsanfällige Sonderkonstruktionen für die Brermstoflzufuhrung zum Ölbrenner
erforderlich, wie beispielsweise Gleitdichtungen, Stopfbuchsen u. dgl., die bekanntlich einem
gewissen Verschleiß unterliegen und einen erhöhten Wartungsbedarf der Vorrichtung bedingen.
Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung vermeidet die geschilderten Nachteile aller bekannten Geräte dieser
Art. Bei ihr wird ebenfalls die für die Schwenkbewegung
erforderliche Energie von der Antriebswelle für den Propeller abgenommen^ erfindungsgemäß aber
auf die Weise, daß Propeller und Ölbrenner über eine Kurbeltriebübersetzung in einem vorbestimmbaren
Winkelbereich hin- und herverschwenkbar sind, und zwar in verschiedenen, zur Horizontalen geneigten
Ebenen; diese Kurbeltriebübersetzung wird von der Antriebswelle für den Propeller über ein Schneckengetriebe
angetrieben und treibt iherseits ein Kegelrad an, das in einem am schwenkbaren Lagerkopf des
