Die äußere Form des Tragteiles 4 entspricht der ausgesparten Form im Gehäusefuß der Küchenmaschine und kann nach Fixieren des Tragteiles 4 während des Arbeitsprozesses nicht auftreten. Der Versatz des Aufnahmebolzens 3 wird dadurch bewirkt, indem die Rändelmutter 6 so weit gelöst wird, daß das Tragteil 4 über die Aussparung im Küchenmaschinengehäuse angehoben werden kann und um 180° gedreht wird. Nach Einbringung in die neue Lage wird die Rändelmuttea 6 wieder festgezogen. Durch die Möglichkeit des Mittenversatzes können erfindungsgemäß im Durchmesser kleinere Rührschüsseln zur Anwendung kommen. Voraussetzung für die Verwendung einer kleinen und großen Schüssel ist, daß der neue Drehpunkt der kleineren Schüssel auf die Verbindungslinie vom alten Drehpunkt der großen Schüssel zur Rührermittelachse verschoben sein muß, unter Berücksichtigung der gleichen Wandstärke beider Schüsseln. Die Abstützung der Rührschüsseln geschieht durch ein oder mehrere bekannte Gegenlager 7, die ein Schleifen der Rührschüssel an der Gehäusewand der Küchenmaschine vermeiden.
