PATENTANSPRUCH: Nach einer individuellen Ohrmuschel geformtes, einen in den Ohrkanal hineinreichenden Teil aufweisendes Ohreinsatzstück für ein Hörgerät, bei dem ein Verstärker, ein Schallgeber und ein Schalleitkörper in einer mindestens teilweise das Einsatzstück erfüllenden, nachgiebigen Masse eingebettet sind und das Ende des in den Ohrkanal führenden Teils mit einem eine Bohrung aufweisenden, auswechselbaren, nachgiebigen Paßteil abgeschlossen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das auswechselbare Paßteil als Filterkörper nach Art eines Druckknopfes mit einer ringförmigen Einschnürung zur forinschlüssigen Verbindung mit dem Schalleitkörper ausgebildet ist.
