Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum 'Vermischen von pulverförmigem oder feinkörnigem Gut mit zähen Flüssigkeiten.The invention relates to a device for 'mixing of powdery or fine-grained material with viscous liquids.
Bei derartigen Einrichtungen ist es bekannt, das Gut innerhalb eines Behälters mittels eines umlaufenden Streutellers nach außen und die Flüssigkeit von innen mittels eines Vemebelungskörpers in Richtung auf das Gut zu schleudern. Dabei wird die Flüssigkeit dem Pulver in seiner ganzen Schichtstärke beigemischt, so1 daß das Gemisch an der Wandung haftet und durch einen feststehenden Abstreifer von der umlaufenden Wand abgelöst werden muß. Die abgelösten kleineren und größeren Klumpen und Krusten gelangen dann in den Mischtrog, wo man versuchen muß, aus Pulver, Klumpen und Krusten eine gleichmäßige Masse zu erzeugen. Auch ist es bekannt, auf einen frei herabfallenden mantelförmigen Strom aus körnigem Gut eine Flüssigkeit von innen aufzuschleudern.
