DEUTSCHESGERMAN
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Schleifkörpern unter Verwendung von warmhärtbaren oder thermoplastischen Kunstharzen als Bindemittel und Schleifkörnern. Es ist bekannt, zur Herstellung von Schleifscheiben zur Erzielung einer weichen Bindung der Schleifkörner Naturharz und ferner tierische oder Textilfasern zu verwenden. Es ist ferner bekannt, Schleifkörper aus Schleifstoffen, wie Siliciumkarbid, Korund, natürlichem oder künstlichem Bimsstein, Glaspulver usw., sowie organischen Kunstharzen, wie z. B. Polyisobutylen usw., herzustellen, indem die Schleifkörner mit zerkleinerten Kunstharzkörnern gemischt und, falls ein thermoplastisches Kunstharz verwendet wird, die Mischung heiß gepreßt wird. Der zwischen den Schleifkörnern verbleibende Hohlraum wird durch Einspritzen eines härtbaren Kunstharzes (Spritzpressen) oder eines thermoplastischen Kunstharzes (Spritzgießen) in die Form ganz oder teilweise gefüllt.
