Das trifft auch für Vichlebertranemulsioncn zu, wovon z. B. den Kälbern von der 3. Woche ab langsam steigernd eine Gabe von 10 bis 90 g pro Tier und Tag in Verbindung mit Magermilch verabfolgt wird, as um die der Vollmilch entzogenen Vitamine A 4- Ds zu ersetzen.
