Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Vorbehandlung einer Oberfläche eines Bauteils (16), bei dem die Oberfläche einer Oberflächenaktivierung mittels ferromagnetischer Partikel unterzogen wird. Dies hat zum Vorteil, daß nach der Oberflächenaktivierung auf der Oberfläche befindliche ferromagnetische Partikel bei einer nachfolgenden Reinigung, die beispielsweise mit Waschwasser durchgeführt wird, leichter entfernbar sind als dies bei Partikeln aus Korund der Fall ist. Es ist folglich möglich, mit geeigneten Magnetabscheidern oder magnetisch wirkenden Filtereinrichtungen diese ferromagnetischen Partikel vollständig zu entfernen.The invention relates to a method for the pretreatment of a surface of a component (16), in which the surface is subjected to a surface activation by means of ferromagnetic particles.
