Abstract

Es handelt sich um ein Umformwerkzeug für Innenhochdruckumformung mit Werkzeugoberteil und Werkzeugunterteil unter Bildung eines Formraums für einen hohlen Rohling. Ferner weist das Werkzeugoberteil zur Erzeugung einer Ausformung an dem entstehenden Werkstück eine Formausnehmung auf, in der eine Formhülse hin- und herbewegbar gelagert ist. Diese Formhülse wird in oszillierende Bewegungen versetzt, um die Reibung zwischen der entstehenden Ausformung und der Formhülse zu reduzieren und den Werkstofffluss auf diese Weise derart zu verbessern, dass sich Ausformungen mit erheblicher Ausformtiefe als gleichsame Abzweigungen von dem Werkstück herstellen lassen.
