Abstract
Kraftstoffeinspritzventil mit einem Gehäuse (1), in dem ein Ventilsitz (20) ausgebildet ist und eine Ventilaußennadel (17) und eine Ventilinnennadel (15) angeordnet sind. Durch den Druck in einem äußeren Steuerraum (56) ist eine Schließkraft auf die Ventilaußennadel (17) ausübbar und durch den Druck in einem inneren Steuerraum (54) eine entsprechende Schließkraft auf die Ventilinnennadel (15). Der innere Steuerraum (54) ist über eine innere Ablaufdrossel (51) und der äußere Steuerraum (56) über eine äußere Ablaufdrossel (49) mit einem Steuerventilraum (60) eines Steuerventils (30) verbunden, wobei im Steuerventilraum (60) ein Ventilglied (62) angeordnet ist. Der innere Steuerraum (54) ist über eine innere Zulaufdrossel (47) und der äußere Steuerraum (56) über eine äußere Zulaufdrossel (45) mit einem Hochdruckbereich (8) verbunden, und das Ventilglied (62) kann eine erste, eine zweite und eine dritte Schaltposition einnehmen, so dass der Druck in den Steuerräumen (54; 56) so steuerbar ist, dass sowohl nur die äußere Ventilnadel (17) als auch beide Ventilnadeln (15; 17) geöffnet werden können (Fig. 1).Fuel injection valve having a housing (1), in which a valve seat (20) is formed and a valve outer needle (17) and a valve inner needle (15) are arranged. The inner control chamber (54) is connected via an inner inlet throttle (47) and the outer control chamber (56) via an outer inlet throttle (45) to a high-pressure region (8), and the valve member (62) can have a first, a second and a occupy the third switching position so that the pressure in the control chambers (54; 56) is controllable so that only the outer valve needle (17) and both valve pins (15; 17) can be opened (FIG. 1).
