Bei einer Wasserkastenabdeckung wird ein thermoplastisches Elastomerprofil anextrudiert, das sowohl die Funktion einer Motorraumabdichtung als auch für die Verbindung zwischen Wasserkastenabdeckung und Wasserkastenvorderwand sorgt.
