Sauerstoff entstehen unter Abtrennung des entstandenen Schwefels von der Flüssigkeit durch einen Filtrationsvorgang, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der als zusammenhängender Filterkuchen anfallende Schwefel in Gegenwart eines Netzmittels durch mechanische Einwirkung, etwa mittels Rühren, in eine leicht fließende Aufschwemmung ohne Wasserzugabe umgewandelt wird.
