Claims

2. A folding roof according to claim 1, characterized in that the two support rods ( 10 , 11 ) are pivotally mounted on different ends on a seat-fixed fastening plate ( 9 ).

3. A folding roof according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the first holding rod ( 10 ) has an angled outgoing extension ( 12 ) for storage on the fastening plate ( 9 ).

4. A folding roof according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the first support rod ( 10 ) in its extension forms a first lateral strut ( 13 ) of the Ge parallelogram ( 14 ).

5. A folding roof according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the second holding rod ( 11 ) is articulated at one end to an arm ( 15 ) of a two-armed lever ( 16 ) mounted on the fastening plate ( 9 ), the other arm ( 17 ) is coupled with a fastening plate-fixed return spring ( 18 ).

6. A folding roof according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the second support rod ( 11 ) for connection to the articulated parallelogram ( 14 ) is articulated to a connecting rod ( 19 ) which in its extension has a lower strut ( 22nd ) of the joint parallel logram ( 14 ).

A folding roof according to one of claims 4 to 6, characterized in that the lower strut ( 22 ) of the articulated parallelogram ( 14 ) with a second lateral strut ( 23 ) of the articulated parallelogram ( 14 ) is articulated and an upper strut ( 24th ) is coupled in an articulated manner to the first lateral strut ( 13 ) and the second lateral strut ( 23 ) of the joint parallelogram ( 14 ).
