Durch die amerikanische Patentschrift Nr. 561710 ist ein Fahrrad bekannt geworden, das aufser dem vorderen Lenkrade und dem hinteren Treibrade hinter letzterem noch ein Schlepprad besitzt, wobei der das Gestell des letzteren mit dem Hauptgestell verbindende federnde Bügel als Träger für den Sattel benutzt wird. Nach der 'vorliegenden Erfindung sollen zwei derartige Schleppräder symmetrisch zur Mittelebene des Rades angeordnet werden, damit sie dem Fahrrade die Eigenschaften eines Dreirades geben, also z. B. das Stillhalten gestatten.
