Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kompressionsgestrick, insbesondere zur Gewebe-, Nerven-, Muskel- und Faszienstimulation, umfassend ein elastisches Grundgestrick (1), das aus wenigstens einem Strickfaden (F) und einem hinterlegten Faden (H) gestrickt ist, sowie wenigstens einen im Grundgestrick (1) eingelegten oder eingestrickten elastischen Schussfaden (S), wobei in dem Grundgestrick (1) wenigstens ein Bereich als ein Noppengestrick (2) eingestrickt ist, welches mindestens eine stegförmige Erhebung (3) umfasst, die als Funktionselement wirkt und bei Anlage des Kompressionsgestricks an einem Körperteil eines Benutzers eine Stimulation des Körperteils bewirkt. Aus dem Stand der Technik sind Bekleidungsstücke mit reizinduzierenden Strukturen zur Stimulation von Muskeln bzw. Faszien von Muskeln bekannt. So ist beispielsweise aus der EP 2 895021 B1 ein Oberkörperbekleidungsstück bekannt, das im getragenen Zustand eine Kompressionswirkung auf den Körper eines Trägers ausübt und mindestens eine reizinduzierende Struktur mit mindestens einem reizinduzierenden Funktionselement aufweist, das im getragenen Zustand an einer dem Körper zugewandten Innenseite des Oberkörperbekleidungsstücks angeordnet ist. Das mindestens eine Funktionselement umfasst dabei einen gestrickten Bereich, der sich hinsichtlich seiner Bindungsart von einem an das Funktionselement angrenzenden Strickbereich des Oberkörperbekleidungsstücks unterscheidet und als ein Fanggestrick ausgebildet ist. Mittels der reizinduzierenden Struktur wird auf den Körper des Trägers an den Stellen, an denen sich die Funktionselemente befinden, eine propriorezeptiv stimulierende Wirkung ausgeübt, welche durch die Kompressionswirkung des Bekleidungsstücks verstärkt wird. Funktionselementen hergestellt werden können, welche auch bei einer Bewegung des Trägers des Kompressionsartikels formstabil bleiben, so dass die Funktionselemente an den vorgesehenen Körperstellen stimulierend einwirken können, ohne dass es zu Ortsverschiebungen der Funktionselemente am Körper des Trägers kommen kann. Das Kompressionsgestrick gemäß der Erfindung kann zur zur Gewebe-, Nerven-, Muskel- und Faszienstimulation wie auch zur Behandlung von Lymphinsuffizienzen eingesetzt werden und umfasst ein elastisches Grundgestrick, das aus wenigstens einem Strickfaden und einem hinterlegten Faden gestrickt ist, sowie wenigstens einen im Grundgestrick eingelegten oder eingestrickten elastischen Schussfaden, wobei in dem Grundgestrick wenigstens ein Bereich als ein Noppengestrick eingestrickt ist, welches mindestens eine stegförmige Erhebung umfasst, die bei Anlage des Kompressionsgestricks an einem Körperteil eines Benutzers eine Muskel- oder Faszienstimulation sowie eine Stimulation des Körpergewebes und der Nerven bewirkt.
