Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Nutzung der Wärme von Abwasser in Abwasserkanälen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 sowie auf ein System zur Nutzung der Wärme von Abwasser in Abwasserkanälen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 6. Mit anderen Worten, mit dem nachträglichen Einsetzen derartiger Wärmetauscher-Profilstränge in Abwasserkanäle kann gleichzeitig eine entsprechende Kanalsanierung erfolgen.
