Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schalter, insbesondere einen Lasttrennschalter für Niederspannungen, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. The invention relates to a switch, in particular a switch disconnector for low voltages, according to the preamble of claim 1.
Schalter in Form von Lasttrennschaltern für Niederspannungen sind bekannt und dienen zum Unterbrechen eines mehrpoligen elektrischen Stromes. Für jeden Pol ist ein Polgehäuse vorgesehen, dessen Seitenwände aneinander anliegen. Die Polgehäuse haben im Wesentlichen eine Quaderform und bestehen jeweils aus zwei Gehäusehälften. In jedem Polgehäuse befinden sich bewegliche und fest angeordnete Kontaktelemente (Schaltkontakte), wobei sich die beweglichen Kontaktelemente an den freien Enden eines schwenkbaren Hebels befinden, der oft als Doppelhebel ausgebildet ist. Zum Öffnen des Schalters werden die aneinander liegenden Kontaktelemente mittels einer Schaltwelle voneinander getrennt, die bei einem mehrpoligen Schalter aus mehreren Modulen (Wellenabschnitten) zusammengesetzt ist, wobei jedes Polgehäuse ein solches Modul aufweist. Die Module der Schaltwelle sind drehfest miteinander verbunden. Die Schaltwelle verläuft quer zum Hebel und zu den Seitenwänden, die über zwei schmale Stirnwände, eine Vorderwand und eine Rückwand miteinander verbunden sind. Beidseitig der Schaltwelle befinden sich innen an den Stirnwänden Klemmeinheiten, in die über Durchgangsöffnungen an den Stirnwänden von außen Anschlusskabel einsteckbar sind, welche mittels Anzugsschrauben (Anzugselemente) festgeklemmt werden können. Die Anzugsschrauben sind durch je eine Durchgangsöffnung in der Vorderwand von außen zugänglich. Löschelemente (Löschbleche) sorgen dafür, dass ein beim Trennen der Kontaktelemente entstehender Lichtbogen möglichst schnell gelöscht wird. Sie befinden sich jeweils zwischen den Kontaktelementen und der Klemmeinheit. Der mit einem Lichtbogen verbundene Überdruck im Polgehäuse wird mittels an den Stirnseiten angeordneter Austrittsöffnungen entspannt, indem die ionisierten Gase durch die Austrittsöffnungen ausgeleitet werden. The tightening screws are accessible from outside each through a passage opening in the front wall.
