Die Folie kann auch eine leichte „Strukturnarbe" haben. Diese willkürliche Narbung verbessert das Entlüftungsverhalten der Folie. Das heißt beim Tiefziehen kann die Luft besser entweichen als bei einer absolut glatten Folie. Anders als die bekannten Verfahren ist das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren somit ein One-Shot-Verfahren, bei dem nur ein Werkzeug benutzt wird. Man geht erfindungsgemäß von einem ungenarbten oder unstrukturierten folienartigen Material aus und gibt diesem die Narbung, beziehungsweise Oberflächenstruktur dadurch, dass man ein Werkzeug verwendet, welches entsprechend genarbt oder strukturiert ist, wobei in diesem Werkzeug auch gleichzeitig die Herstellung des Verbundmaterials erfolgt. In dem gleichen Werkzeug wird also das Folienmaterial, welches eine Narbung oder Oberflächenstruktur erhält auch hinterspritzt, hinterschäumt oder hinterprägt. Es handelt sich also beispielsweise um ein Spritzgusswerkzeug, wenn das folienartige Material hinterspritzt wird, welches auf einer Seite, beispielsweise auf der Schließseite eine Narbung oder sonstige Oberflächenstruktur aufweist.
