Abstract
Vorrichtung zur Verschleißüberwachung bei einer Gleitsattel-Scheibenbremse, mit einer Bremsscheibe (1), einem linken Bremsbelag (2), einem rechten Bremsbelag (3), einem Gleitsattel (4), einem ersten Wegsensor (8, 9, 12, 13) zur Überwachung des summenverschleißabhängigen Abstandes (s1) zwischen dem rechten Bremsbelag (3) und dem Gleitsattel (4) sowie mit einem zweiten Wegsensor (13, 15, 16, 19) zur Überwachung des vom Verschleiß des linken Bremsbelags (2) abhängigen Abstandes (s2) zwischen einem ortsfesten Teil (14) und dem Gleitsattel (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Wegsensoren (8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, 19) als gemeinsamer Wegsensor (20) ausgebildet sind, und daß der gemeinsame Wegsensor (20) zwei Stangen (8, 15) aufweist, von denen sich die erste Stange (8) an einem Bremsbelagträger (7) des rechten Bremsbelags (3) und die zweite Stange (15) an dem ortsfesten Teil (14) abstützt.Device for monitoring wear in a sliding calliper disc brake, comprising a brake disc (1), a left brake pad (2), a right brake pad (3), a slide caliper (4), a first travel sensor (8, 9, 12, 13) for monitoring the sum - dependent distance (s 1 ) between the right brake lining (3) and the sliding saddle (4) and with a second displacement sensor (13, 15, 16, 19) for monitoring the distance (s 2 ) between a fixed part (14) and the sliding calliper (4), characterized in that the two displacement sensors (8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, 19) are designed as a common displacement sensor (20), and that the common Displacement sensor (20) comprises two rods (8, 15), of which the first rod (8) on a brake pad carrier (7) of the right brake pad (3) and the second rod (15) on the stationary part (14) is supported.
