- PatentanspruchA^erfahren zur Aromaverbesserung und Stabili sierung von ungemahlenem Röstkaffee, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Röstkaffee einem kurzen Kältestoß mittels flüssiger Kohlensäure bei einem solchen; Druck ausgesetzt wird, daß hierdurch, die Röstkaffeebohnen in einen wirbelnden.
