Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur dauerhaften Beschriftung von hochtemperaturbeanspruchten Materialien, bei dem durch einen Infrarotlaser ein Auftrag aus Flußmittel und Farbe entsprechend der gewünschten Beschriftung erhitzt wird. Als Flußmittel können Glas, SnO, TiO2 usw. verwendet werden. Als Farbe kommen z. B. Metalloxyde oder keramische Pigmente in Frage. Beschriftungen mit Infrarotlaserenergie sind bsw. in der US-PS 6075223 näher beschrieben. Hochtemperaturbeanspruchte Materialien können z. B. Dies kann ev. auf der Lösung der Farbe im Träger, auf Diffusionsvorgängen oder sonstigen unerwünschten Reaktionen des Substrates beruhen.With these high-temperature materials - z. Diese Beschriftung entsteht durch die entsprechende Einwirkung des steuerbaren Laserstrahles 4 eines Infrarotlasers auf ein aufgetragenes Gemisch aus eigentlicher Farbe a (z. B. Metalloxyde), Flußmittel b und ggf Energieabsorber c, (z. B. SnO, TiO2).
