Elektrischer Fahrantrieb mit einem Antriebsmotor und einer Antriebsachse, zwischen die ein mit dem Antriebsmotor gekoppelter elektrischer Generator und ein mit der Antriebsachse gekoppelter elektrischer Fahrmotor geschaltet ist, wobei der Generator und der Fahrmotor miteinander elektrisch verbunden und durch eine Regeleinheit regelbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Generator (6) und der Fahrmotor (7) zu einem eine gemeinsame Baueinheit bildenden Elektro- Wandler (8) zusammengefasst sind.1.
