Während dessen wird ein neuer Bogenstapel unterhalb des Stapelrestes in den Bogenanleger eingefahren und über einen bestimmten Ablauf mit dem Stapelrest vereinigt. Hierbei werden in der Non-Stop-Einrichtung beispielsweise rechenartige Vorrichtungen eingesetzt, um den Stapelrest zu tragen. Bei dem Stapelwechselvorgang wird der Rechen zunächst in den Bereich unter den Stapelrest eingefahren und später bei Zufuhr des neuen Bogenstapels zwischen Stapelrest und neuem Bogenstapel wieder herausgezogen.
