It is the object of the invention to provide a cable holder for vehicle structures create that is easy to attach to a variety of locations in the structure and at a variety of cable runs can be used, is easy to install and with one high packing density of the cables can be achieved.
This object is achieved with the feature of claim 1. Other Embodiments are specified in the subclaims.
In the following the invention is described with reference to the accompanying figure, which shows cable holder according to the invention in a perspective view, on the for example, a portion of a bundle of cables is attached.
The cable holder 1 according to the invention has the shape of a plate 3 with an upper side 5 and a lower side 7 . Since the plate can be glued to a corresponding support surface of the vehicle structure, the underside 7 can be curved depending on the application, as shown by the edge line 7 a in the figure. The longitudinal direction 9 of the elongated plate 3 extends transversely to the intended direction of b to be bonded to the wire holder 1 cable 15th Markings 13 , which are preferably in the form of a notch, are provided on at least one of the two long sides 11 , 12 at predetermined and uniform intervals. The distances are between 8 and 15 mm. The plate 3 is divided depending on the available support surface and the number of cables to be fastened, if necessary, by means of the markings 13 in partial plates. At these points, the plate 3 is cut by sawing or cutting or other methods. This results in partial panels of a certain known length.
On the top 5 of the plate 3 , two rows of eyelets 15 are provided which are formed in one piece with the plate 3 and which they raise upwards from the top. The eyelets 15 each have an elongated shape which extends in their longitudinal direction in the direction of the cable 15 b to be fastened by means of cable ties 15 a, that is to say transversely to the longitudinal direction of the plate 3 . The first row of eyes 16 and the second row of eyes 17 each run in the longitudinal direction 9 . The eyelets 15 of the rows 16 , 17 are arranged so that they are alternately offset on the plate 3 , wherein they preferably partially overlap each other in their longitudinal direction.
