Abstract

Vorrichtung um angepassten Inhalt zur Unterhaltung unterwegs in einer mobilen Einheit zu erstellen, mit:
– einen gemeinsamen Programmeingang zum Empfang eines gemeinsamen Programmstromes, der die ursprünglichen Unterhaltungsinhalte für eine Mehrzahl von mobilen Einheiten enthält;
– einen zusätzlichen Inhaltseingang zum Empfang angepasster, zusätzlicher Inhalte;
– einen Zeitplaner um Zeitinformation bereit zu stellen, die Einfügepunkte für die maßgeschneiderte Zusatzeinspeisung in den gemeinsamen Programmstrom als Funktion der Eigenschaften der mobilen Einheit angibt; und
– einen Ausgang zur Ausgabe des gemeinsamen Programmstromes, der angepasste Zusatzinhalte und der Zeitinformation zur anschließenden Erstellung eines für die mobile Einheit angepasster Unterhaltungsinhaltestromes.

Claims (17)

  1. Vorrichtung um angepassten Inhalt zur Unterhaltung unterwegs in einer mobilen Einheit zu erstellen, mit: – einen gemeinsamen Programmeingang zum Empfang eines gemeinsamen Programmstromes, der die ursprünglichen Unterhaltungsinhalte für eine Mehrzahl von mobilen Einheiten enthält; – einen zusätzlichen Inhaltseingang zum Empfang angepasster, zusätzlicher Inhalte; – einen Zeitplaner um Zeitinformation bereit zu stellen, die Einfügepunkte für die maßgeschneiderte Zusatzeinspeisung in den gemeinsamen Programmstrom als Funktion der Eigenschaften der mobilen Einheit angibt; und – einen Ausgang zur Ausgabe des gemeinsamen Programmstromes, der angepasste Zusatzinhalte und der Zeitinformation zur anschließenden Erstellung eines für die mobile Einheit angepasster Unterhaltungsinhaltestromes.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ursprüngliche Unterhaltungsinhaltestrom eine Mehrzahl Videosegmente enthält.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die angepassten Zusatzinhalte mindestens eine maßgeschneiderte Werbeinformation und markenbildende Segmente enthalten.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, des weiteren aufweisend: – einen Unterhaltungsrohinhalte-Eingang zur Einspeisung von unbearbeiteten Unterhaltungsinhalten; und – eine Komprimierungseinheit, um unerwünschte Information aus den unbearbeiteten Unterhaltungsinhalten zu entfernen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die unerwünschte Information vorformatierte Werbesegmente enthält.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mobile Einheit ein Fluggerät ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zeitplaner die Zeitinformation auf der Grundlage des Transitplanes der mobilen Einheit erstellt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der angepasste Unterhaltungsinhaltestrom auf die Betrachtungsgewohnheiten der Passagiere der mobilen Einheit zugeschnitten ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, des weiteren aufweisend: einen Inhaltseinfüge-Planer zum Erstellen eines prognostizierten Inhaltseinfügeplanes auf der Grundlage des Terminplanes der mobilen Einheit.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Inhaltseinfüge-Planer Rückmeldung von der mobilen Einheit erhält, die Änderungen im Inhaltseinfügeplan angibt.
  11. Verfahren um eine maßgeschneiderte Programmgestaltung zur Unterhaltung unterwegs in einer mobilen Einheit bereit zu stellen, mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten: – Bereitstellen eines gemeinsamen Programmstromes, der ursprüngliche Unterhaltungsinhalte enthält, wobei die ursprünglichen Unterhaltungsinhalte für alle mobilen Einheiten gleich sind; – Planen von Zeitschlitzen für maßgeschneiderte Zusatzinhalte im gemeinsamen Programmstrom; und – Erstellen eines angepassten Programmstromes für jede der Mehrzahl von mobilen Einheiten, indem angepasste Zusatzinhalte in geplante Zeitschlitze des gemeinsamen Programmstromes eingefügt werden.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die angepassten Zusatzinhalte Werbung beinhalten und dass unterschiedliche angepasste Programmströme für unterschiedliche mobile Einheiten erstellt werden, indem unterschiedliche Werbung in dieselben Zeitschlitze des gemeinsamen Programmstromes eingefügt wird, so dass derselbe Zeitschlitz im gemeinsamen Programmstrom unterschiedlichen Werbetreibenden zugeordnet ist.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die angepassten Zusatzinhalte markenbildende Informationen enthalten.
  14. Vorrichtung um maßgeschneiderte Unterhaltung unterwegs in einer mobilen Einheit bereitzustellen, aufweisend: – einen Eingang zum Empfang eines vorausgesagten Terminplanes zum Einfügen der angepassten Inhalte, der auf den Eigenschaften der mobilen Einheit beruht; – einen Intra-Transit-Planer zur Verfeinerung des vorausgesagten Terminplanes zum Einfügen der angepassten Inhalte auf der Grundlage von Änderungen der Eigenschaften der mobilen Einheit; und – einen Programmausgang zur Ausgabe eines maßgeschneiderten Programmstromes gemäß des verfeinerten Einfügeplanes, der vom Intra-Transit-Disponenten erstellt wurde.
  15. Vorrichtung um Unterhaltung unterwegs in einer mobilen Einheit bereitzustellen, mit: – einen wirksam mit einer Mobilantenne verbundenen passiven Hochfrequenzkoppler zur Aufteilung empfangener Rundfunksignale auf zwei Pfade, einem ersten Pfad zum Extrahieren von die Navigation der mobilen Einheit betreffender Information und einem zweiten Pfad zum Extrahieren von Information zum Gebrauch zur Unterwegs-Unterhaltung; und – einer Medieneinheit im zweiten Pfad zum Extrahieren von auf Unterwegs-Unterhaltung bezogener Information aus den Rundfunksignalen.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mobilantenne eine Satellitenantenne ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mobilantenne eine Inmarsat-Antenne ist.
