Die zu fuegende Flaeche eines Thermoplastwerkstoffes wird kurzzeitig einseitig partiell an der Oberflaeche mindestens bis zum Schmelzpunkt erwaermt und sofort anschliessend mit Druckelementen an die Fuegeflaeche des Holzwerkstoffes gepresst. Figur 5 zeigt eine Prinzipdarstellung für ein diskontinuierliches Verfahren zur Herstellung einer klebstofffreien Verbindung zwischen einem Thermoplastprofil 1 und einer Schmalfläche 3 einer Holzwerkstoffplatte 2. Das Thermoplastprofil 1, das in seinen Maßen in Länge und Breite mit denen der abzuschließenden Schmalfläche der Holzwerkstoffplatte entspricht, wird gleichzeitig über die gesamte Länge durch βίηΉβϊζβΙβιηβηΐ 5 einseitig partiell an der Oberfläche bis kurz über den Schmelzpunkt erwärmt und nach Entfernen des Heizelementes 5 aus dem Bereich der Fügeflächen an die Schmalfläche der Holzwerkstoffplatte 2 mittels eines Druckelementes 6, das ebenfalls mindestens der Länge der abzuschließenden Schmalfläche entspricht, gepreßt.Figur4 shows a schematic diagram of a continuous process for producing an adhesive-free connection between a thermoplastic profile 1 and all narrow surfaces of a wood-based panel 2. Verfahren zur Herstellung von klebstofffreien Verbindungen aus Thermoplast- und Holzwerkstoff, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die zu fügende Fläche des als Bauteil, Halbzeug oder als thermoplasthaltiges textiles Flächengebilde vorliegenden Thermoplastwerkstoffes kurzzeitig einseitig partiell an der Oberfläche mindestens bis zum Schmelzpunkt erwärmt und sofort anschließend mit Druckelementen an die Fügefläche des Holzwerkstoffes gepreßt wird.1.
