Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine von Hand zu betaetigende Schnellkupplung zwischen Schlaeuchen und Armaturen oder Rohren, deren Anschlussstutzen ein Aussengewinde aufweist oder am Aussenumfang eine rauhe Oberflaeche hat. Ihr bevorzugtes Anwendungsgebiet besteht darin, in kurzer Zeit die Dichtheit von Armaturen oder Rohren zu pruefen besonders von regenerierten Armaturen. Der Schlauchanschlussstutzen der Kupplung ist in Richtung auf die Armaturen oder das Rohr verlaengert und konisch verjuengt, so dass er sich beim Einfuehren in die Armatur oder das Rohr selbst zentriert bis er an einem vom Schlauchanschlussstutzen getragenen Dichtring anliegt. Um diese Steckverbindung in dieser Lage dicht zu halten, sind auf dem Umfang des Schlauchanschlussstutzens in der Naehe des Dichtringes zwei oder mehr, gleichmaessig ueber den Umfang verteilt aus je zwei Spannhebeln bestehende Wippen gelagert, die zur Haelfte von einer Huelse umschlossen werden, die axial verschiebbar ist und mit der die Spannhebel der Wippen gegen das Aussengewinde der Armatur bzw. den Aussenumfang des Rohres gepresst werden koennen.
