Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kombinationshantel, insbesondere als Stemm- und Stuetzhantel anwendbar zur Erweiterung der Konditionierungserfordernisse im Freizeit- und Trainingssport. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, dass mit einem Erzeugnis Stemm- und Stuetzuebungen durch Umsteckung eines Bauteiles durchgefuehrt werden koennen. Die Aufgabe wird dadurch geloest, dass Stuetzscheiben mit Achsen fest verbunden sind, wobei die freien Enden der Achsen in einer Huelse oder einem Buegel so gefuehrt werden koennen, dass eine oder mehrere Gewichtsscheiben auf den Achsen gelagert und durch Steckelemente arretiert werden. Erfolgt die Arretierung zwischen den Achsen und der Huelse, so wird eine Stemmhantel gebildet, waehrend eine Arretierung zwischen den Achsen und dem Buegel die Umbildung zu einer Stuetzhantel bewirkt.
