Abstract
Bisher bekannte Stapelauslagen haben den Mangel, dass der Weitertransport der Falzbogen aus dem Bereich des Bogenabsetzens nicht kontinuierlich erfolgt. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Stapeltransportgeschwindigkeit zu realisieren, welche sich den Gegebenheiten entsprechend selbst anpasst. Diese Aufgabe wird geloest, indem innerhalb der Stapeltischebene mindestens eine Bogenfalle und zugehoerige Sensoren angeordnet sind. Die Bogenfalle wird zwischen zwei nacheinander angeordneten Bandrollen und aus Auffangblechen gebildet oder die Foerderbaender zur Blattzufuhr werden ueber beweglich angeordnete Foerderwalzen gefuehrt, wobei in der obersten Stellung der Foerderwalzen die Foerderbaender an den Bandrollen tangieren. Gelangen Falzbogen in die Bogenfalle wird von den Sensoren ein Signal abgegeben, welches bewirkt, dass sich die Transportgeschwindigkeit des Stapelns erhoeht. Die einzelnen Falzbogen haften nun in dem druckbelasteten Stapel. Um ein Absetzen der Falzbogen nicht zu behindern, geben nun die Sensoren ein Signal, welches die Verminderung der Transportgeschwindigkeit bewirkt. Dieses Arbeitsspiel wiederholt sich staendig, so dass der Stapeldruck zum Steuern der Transportgeschwindigkeit genutzt wird.
