Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Einrichtung zum Compoundieren von Thermoplasten, insbesondere beim Aufbereiten von Thermoplastabfaellen auf Extrusionsmaschinen. Ziel der Erfindung ist die Verringerung des oekonomischen, insbesondere des energetischen Aufwandes beim Compoundierungsprozess. Die Aufgabe besteht in der Schaffung eines Verfahrens und einer Einrichtung, bei der der Prozess der Einspeisung und Einmischung von Fuell- und Verstaerkungskomponenten ohne Auswirkung auf den Filtrationsprozess der Schmelze ablaeuft. Die Loesung sieht ein Kaskaden-Extrudersystem vor, bei dem in einer ersten Stufe das Thermoplastmaterial gefiltert und die Schmelze in einen Vakuumschacht feinstverteilt wird.
