Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Anbaugeraet fuer Gabelstapler zum Austausch von Handfahrzeugen und Rollcontainern an Transportfahrzeugen bei Ueberwindung eines Hoehenunterschiedes von 200 mm zwischen Ladeflaeche des Transportfahrzeuges und Flur. Der Ladungsaustausch wird durch eine Bedienperson durchgefuehrt. Erfindungsgemaess wird die Aufgabe durch ein Anbaugeraet realisiert, das aus einem Lastrahmen, einem Arbeitskorb, einem ein- und ausklappbarem Ueberfahrblech sowie einer Steuereinrichtung besteht. Der Arbeitskorb ist an der dem Gabelstapler abgewandten Seite des Lastrahmens so angebracht, dass er mittels eines Hydraulikzylinders horizontal bis in den Bereich des in Arbeitsstellung befindlichen Ueberfahrbleches bewegbar ist. Eine Bedienungsperson bedient den Gabelstapler und verrichtet Arbeiten auf der Flurebene, die zweite Bedienungsperson verrichtet die Arbeiten im Transportfahrzeug, indem sie z. B. Aus den DD-PS 64402, DD-PS 80405 und DD-PS 33980 sind Anbaugeräte für Gabelstapler zur Aufnahme der Bedienungsperson und einer Last bekannt, die zur Regalbedienung verwendet werden. Der Nächteil dieser Anbaugeräte besteht darin, daß sie nicht für den Ladungsaustausch von handverfahrbaren Fluförderzeugen, insbesondere Rollcontainem, geeignet sind und daß die Bedienperson den Arbeitskorb bei gehobenem Anbaugerät nicht verlassen kann. Weiterhin sind aus den DE-OS 2413089, DE-OS 3027301 und DE-OS 2535172 Hebegeräte bekannt, z.B. Hebebühnen und Hubfahrzeuge, bei denen der Ladungsaustausch mit Rollcontainem durch eine Bedienungsperson deshalb durchgeführt werden kann, weil die Bedienungsperson bis in Ladeflächenhöhe mitfährt oder umgekehrt. Diese Geräte haben den Nachteil, daß sie einen verhältnismäßig hohen technischen Aufwand erfordern und auf schmalen oder engen Flurebenen, beispielsweise auf Bahnsteigen, wegen ihrer Abmessungen nicht eingesetzt werden können. Siestellen in jedem Falle ein eigenständiges Fahrzeug dar.
