Velkokapacitní mobilní domy se vyrobí, zpravidla na klíč, ve výrobní hale a převezou se na valníku na předem připravený pozemek. Nejenže splňují požadavky uživatele při užívání na stanovišti, ale musí být schopny přečkat bez poškození transport na místo určení. Jedná se tedy o tuhou krabicovitou konstrukci, jejímž základem je masivní platforma. U mobilních domů, které jsou běžně k dispozici, tvoří strukturu stavby platforma z ocelových profilů a na ní navazující kostra, rovněž z ocelových profilů, vyplněná deskami a izolací. Nevýhodou takové struktury je možný výskyt tepelných mostů a nedostatečná tuhost domu jako celku.Large-capacity mobile homes are manufactured, usually on a turnkey basis, in a production hall and transported on a flatbed to a pre-prepared plot of land. Not only do they meet the user's requirements when used on site, but they must be able to withstand transport to the destination without damage. It is therefore a rigid box-shaped construction, based on a massive platform. In the case of mobile homes, which are commonly available, the structure of the building consists of a platform made of steel profiles and an adjoining frame, also made of steel profiles, filled with boards and insulation. The disadvantage of such a structure is the possible occurrence of thermal bridges and insufficient rigidity of the house as a whole.

Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution
Uvedený úkol řeší konstrukce mobilního domu, jejíž podstata spočívá v tom, že platforma mobilního domu sestává z roštu z uzavřených ocelových profilů ve formě podélného rámu s příčnými nosníky a z roštu z dřevěných hranolů upevněného na ocelovém roštu. Ocelový rošt je přitom vespod vyztužen dvojicí podélných příhradových nosníků. Na obvodových hranolech dřevěného roštu jsou osazeny stěny mobilního domu tvořené rámovými panely umístěnými na sraz.This task is solved by the construction of a mobile house, the essence of which lies in the fact that the platform of the mobile house consists of a grate of closed steel profiles in the form of a longitudinal frame with transverse beams and a grate of wooden prisms mounted on a steel grate. The steel grate is reinforced at the bottom by a pair of longitudinal lattice girders. The perimeter prisms of the wooden grate are fitted with the walls of a mobile home formed by frame panels placed at the meeting.

Příklady uskutečnění technického řešeníExamples of technical solution
Základem konstrukce mobilního domu je platforma 1 podle obr. 1 a 4. Sestává z roštu 2 z uzavřených ocelových profilů ve formě podélného rámu s příčnými nosníky 3 a z roštu 4 5 z dřevěných hranolů. Rošt 4 z dřevěných hranolů je upevněn na roštu 2 z ocelových profilů. Rošt z ocelových profilů má vespod upevněny dva podélné příhradové nosníky 5. Na obvodových hranolech 6 roštu 4 z dřevěných hranolů j e osazena stěna 7 mobilního domu, j ej íž obrys j e na obr. 1 znázorněn čárkovanou čarou. Konstrukce stěny 7 je tvořena rámovými panely 8 umístěnými na sraz. Ty tvoří kostru stěny 7, která se následně vyplní tepelnou izolací. Stěna 7 se pak opatří ίο pláštěm, který je z vnitřní strany s výhodou tvořen vzájemně slepenými sádrovláknitými deskami, na nichž je nalepena tapeta obsahující skelné vlákno. Na roštu 4 z dřevěných hranolů jsou položeny podlahové desky 9.The basis of the construction of the mobile home is the platform 1 according to Figs. 1 and 4.
