Abstract

A pharmaceutical composition that minimises an adverse drug experience associated with oxybutynin therapy comprises oxybutynin, wherein the composition in use provides a plasma area under the curve (AUC) ratio of oxybutynin to an oxybutynin metabolite of from about 0.5:1 to about 5:1.
