SE RELACIONA CON LA RAMA ALIMENTICIA Y LA INDUSTRIA AZUCARERA Y EN PARTICULAR CON UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE LICORES DE GLUCOSA- FRUCTOSA A ESCALA INDUSTRIAL A PARTIR DE AZUCAR O SUS LICORES, ASI COMO CON LA INSTALACION INDUSTRIAL EMPLEADA. EL OBJETIVO TECNICO DE LA MISMA CONSISTE EN LOGRAR UN PROCESO TECNOLOGICAMENTE SENCILLO EN UNA INSTALACION DISEÑADA PARA ESTE OBJETIVO, QUE PERMITA OBTENER A PARTIR DE SACAROSA, SIROPES DE GLUCOSA- FRUCTOSA CUYA UTILIZACION EN LA INDUSTRIA ALIMENTICIA CADA DIA ALCANZA MAYOR DEMANDA. ESTA INVENCION SE CARACTERIZA POR LA UTILIZACION DE REACTORES LOS CUALES SE RELLENAN CON UN CATALIZADOR DE ELEVADA ACTIVIDAD HIDROLITICA Y ESTOS SON INSTALADOS DENTRO DE UNA FABRICA DE REFINACION DE AZUCAR O EN UNA INDUSTRIA QUE LA DISUELVA, DE TAL FORMA QUE LA OBTENCION DEL SIROPE DE GLUCOSA- FRUCTOSA SE REALIZA EN UNA SOLA OPERACION MEDIANTE EL PASO CONTINUO DEL FLUJO DEL LICOR DE AZUCAR, ALCANZANDOSE NIVELES ELEVADOS DE HIDROLISIS MEDIANTE MODIFICACION DEL TIEMPO DE RESIDENCIA. EL PROCESO DE HIDROLISIS DEL AZUCAR NO ALTERA SIGNIFICATIVAMENTE EL COLOR DE LA SOLUCION. EL PROCEDIMIENTO Y LA INSTALACION PROPUESTOS EN LA PRESENTE INVENCION PERMITEN LA OBTENCION DE UN PRODUCTO A ESCALA INDUSTRIAL EL CUAL PUEDE SER EMPLEADO TANTO EN LA INDUSTRIA ALIMENTICIA, ASI COMO EN LA INDUSTRIA FARMACEUTICA.\!IT IS RELATED TO THE FOOD BRANCH AND THE SUGAR INDUSTRY AND IN PARTICULAR WITH A PROCEDURE FOR THE OBTAINING OF INDUSTRIAL GLUCOSE-FRUCTOSE LIQUORS FROM SUGAR OR ITS LIQUORS, AS WELL AS THE INDUSTRIAL INSTALLATION EMPLOYED. THE TECHNICAL OBJECTIVE OF THE SAME IS TO ACHIEVE A TECHNOLOGICALLY SIMPLE PROCESS IN A FACILITY DESIGNED FOR THIS OBJECTIVE, WHICH ALLOWS TO OBTAIN FROM SACAROSA, SIROPES DE GLUCOSA- FRUCTOSA WHICH IS USED IN CIA ALIA AUSTRALIA. THIS INVENTION IS CHARACTERIZED BY THE USE OF REACTORS WHICH ARE FILLED WITH A CATALYST OF HIGH HYDROLYTIC ACTIVITY AND THESE ARE INSTALLED WITHIN A SUGAR REFINING FACTORY OR IN AN INDUSTRY THAT DISSOLVES IT FROM SIROPE. - FRUCTOSE IS CARRIED OUT IN A SINGLE OPERATION THROUGH THE CONTINUOUS STEP OF THE FLOW OF SUGAR LIQUOR, HIGH LEVELS OF HYDROLYSIS BEING REACHED THROUGH MODIFICATION OF THE RESIDENCY TIME. THE SUGAR HYDROLYSIS PROCESS DOES NOT SIGNIFICANTLY ALTER THE COLOR OF THE SOLUTION. THE PROCEDURE AND INSTALLATION PROPOSED IN THE PRESENT INVENTION ALLOWS THE OBTAINING OF A PRODUCT ON AN INDUSTRIAL SCALE WHICH CAN BE USED BOTH IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY, AS WELL AS IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY. \!
