Abstract

To coat a sealing sheet with an adhesive layer, it is proposed that the cooled bituminous sheet be heated to above the melting point at the surface to be coated and the hot adhesive compound be applied immediately thereafter. This gives improved bonding between the layers without any danger of mixing taking place between the layers or of the quality of the sheet being lowered.
