Vynález sa týká impregnačného prostried-ku vodorozpustného, zabraňujúceho horeniudřeva.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a water-soluble, water-resistant impregnating agent.
Mnohé zo súčasne používaných impregnačnýchprostriedkov zabraňujících horeniu dřeva súvodou vy1uhovatelne, v dosledku čoho sa impreg-nované dřevené výrobky, banská výstuž, sta-vebný a konštrukČný materiál, stávajú podlhšom čase opáč hořlavé. Many of the currently used wood-burning impregnating agents which can be used in conjunction with wood, as a result of which impregnated wood products, mine reinforcement, solid and structural material, become flame retardant over a longer period of time. Some of the impregnating agents decompose at higher temperatures to form stifling gaseous fumes, which are harmful to toxic. The water-glass impregnating agents prevent their high viscosity from penetrating into the wood, and remain on the surface of the wood products, from which they are easy to mechanically separate, so that they do not fulfill their floods. Wood impregnated with thinnings by means of the fabric becomes flammable, therefore its impregnation in shorter time intervals is required by the tanner. Another drawback of said impregnating agents is that the wood in the wet environment is subject to microbial decomposition, impregnating agents in contact with water form efflorescence on the wood surface, which is a major disadvantage in the manufacture of furniture products.
Tieto nedostatky v podstatnej miere od-straňuje impregnačný prostriedok vodorozpust-ný, zabraňujúci horeniu dřeva podlá vyná-lezu, ktorého podstata spočívá v tom, žepozostáva z 1 až 10 7» hmot. vodoro zpus tnýchzlúčenin IV. analytickej triedy, 1 až 5 %hmotnostných vodorozpustných solí zinkua 1 až 15 % hmot. solí alkalických fluoridov. Výhody impregnačného prostriedku podlá 2 vynálezu spoČívajú okrem iného v tom, že jevodorozpustný, zároveň vodou nevyluhováteInýzabraňuje horeniu dřeva, má antimykoidnévlastnosti, koloidná zrazenina, ktorá sa vy-tvoří vo vnútri drevnej hmoty, sa posobenímvyšších teplot nerozkládá a neuvolňuje toxické a dusivé plyny. Příklad 1 57, vodný roztok mravčanu vápenatého, 2% vodný roztok octanu zinočnatého, 3/? vod-ný roztok fluoridu sodného sa zmieša v po-měre 1:1:1.These drawbacks are substantially eliminated by the water-soluble impregnating agent which prevents the wood from burning according to the invention, the principle of which consists of 1 to 10% by weight of wood. horizontally from the compounds IV. % analytical grade, 1 to 5% by weight of water-soluble zinc salts 1 to 15% by weight. alkaline fluoride salts. The advantages of the impregnating agent according to the invention are, among other things, that it is water-soluble, does not leach with water, prevents the wood from burning, has antimycoid properties, the colloidal precipitate that forms inside the wood does not decompose at higher temperatures and does not release toxic and suffocating gases. Example 1 57, aqueous calcium formate solution, 2% aqueous zinc acetate solution, 3%? the aqueous sodium fluoride solution is mixed in a 1: 1: 1 ratio.
Takto připravený roztok sa použije naimpregnáciu dřeva máčaním, natieraním, při-padne tlakovou alebo vákuovou technikou. Příklad 2The solution thus prepared is used to impregnate the wood by dipping, coating, optionally pressure or vacuum. Example 2
Roztok I 80 litrov vody 4 kg octanu vápenatého 2 kg octanu zinočnatéhoSolution I 80 liters of water 4 kg of calcium acetate 2 kg of zinc acetate
Roztok II 20 litrov vody 4 kg fluoridu draselnéhoSolution II 20 liters of water 4 kg of potassium fluoride
195528After complete dissolution and cooling to 20 ° C, solution II is added to solution I, and the impregnating agent is used by mutual mixing. The wood impregnated with the impregnating agent according to the invention was, after drying, subjected to a non-flammability test by exposing it to the flame at a temperature of 500 to 600 ° C without being burnt. 195528
