Abstract
Un método para el incremento del rendimiento del aceite de una planta de aceite de palma se da a conocer. El método comprende determinar el nivel de la isomerasa de triosa-fosfato y el nivel de glicerol-3-fosfato deshidrogenasa del tejido del mesocarpio de una fruta de la palma de aceite parental de 11 a 21 semanas después de la polinización de los mismos en comparación con el tejido del mesocarpio o una fruta de una planta de palma de aceite de referencia.A method for increasing the oil yield of a palm oil plant is disclosed. The method comprises determining the level of the triosaphosphate isomerase and the level of glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase from the mesocarp tissue of a fruit of the parental oil palm from 11 to 21 weeks after pollination thereof in comparison with the mesocarp tissue or a fruit of a reference oil palm plant.
