Abstract
El objetivo de la presente invencion es suministrar procesos mejorados, incluyendo los procesos de fermentacion, que comprenden la hidrolisis enzimatica de tanto el manano como de la celulosa presente en la torta de semilla de palma y sustratos ricos en manano similares.En un primer aspecto la invencion se relaciona con un proceso para convertir un material que contiene manano en un producto de fermentacion, el proceso comprende; a) formar una suspension acuosa que comprende el material que contiene manano, b) poner en contacto la suspension con una composicion de enzima que comprende las actividades de enzima de celulasa, mananasa, y manosidasa y que produce un hidrolizado soluble, c) poner en contacto el hidrolizado soluble con un organismo fermentador para producir un producto de fermentacion.En aspectos adicionales la invencion se refiere a una composicion que comprende una celulasa, una mananasa, y una manosidasa, asi como al uso de dicha composicion en un proceso para la hidrolisis de un material que contiene manano que comprende poner en contacto dicho material con dicha composicion.The objective of the present invention is to provide improved processes, including fermentation processes, which comprise the enzymatic hydrolysis of both mannan and cellulose present in palm seed cake and similar mannan-rich substrates.
