Abstract
Un recubrimiento que comprende: un sustrato de policarbonato que tiene un primer lado y un segundo lado, una estructura difractiva fundida soportada por el primer lado del sustrato de policarbonato, y un recubrimiento que mejora la reflexión en por lo menos una parte del sustrato difractivo; en donde el segundo lado del sustrato de policarbonato proporciona una superficie externa sustancialmente plana del revestimiento capaz de fusionarse con una superficie de conformación en la presencia de calor y presión sin un adhesivo. El revestimiento como se define en la reivindicación 1, en donde el recubrimiento que mejora la reflexión comprende un recubrimiento de metal. El revestimiento como se define en la reivindicación 2, en donde el recubrimiento de metal es un recubrimiento patronado que comprende una o más regiones de metal y una o más regiones vacías de metal. El revestimiento como se define en la reivindicación 2, en donde el recubrimiento que mejora la reflexión comprende una capa HRI. El revestimiento como se define en la reivindicación 2, en donde el sustrato comprende un policarbonato que se puede tallar por láser. El revestimiento como se define en la reivindicación 5, en donde el revestimiento se puede tallar con láser con el fin de formar vacíos separados en el recubrimiento de metal y carbonizar el policarbonato que se puede tallar con láser bajo los vacíos separados. El revestimiento de la reivindicación 6, en donde los vacíos separados o la región adyacente a ésta forman por lo menos una parte de un patrón alfanumérico, una imagen facial, una imagen de huella digital, un código de barras, y un logotipo. SOLICITUDES DE PATENTES DE MODELO DE UTILIDADORDENADAS PUBLICAR EN MAYO DE 2010 IMPORTANTE:SOLICITUDES DE PATENTE DE MODELO DE UTILIDAD: A partir de la fecha de publicación de esta gaceta el solicitante cuenta con un plazo de tres (3) meses para pedir que se practique el examen de patentabilidad de la solicitud, anexando el recibo de pago de la tasa correspondiente a tal fin. De no procederse así la solicitud caerá en abandono (Arts. 85 y 44 de la Decisión 486).
