Abstract

1.- Medio de cierre de tapones para botellas con evidencia de apertura, caracterizado porque consta de un tapón (1) unido inferiormente a un anillo (2) precinto mediante unos puentes (4) rompibles, contando este anillo (2) precinto de una lengüeta (2.1) perimetral en su parte exterior superior que inferiormente define una concavidad perimetral (2.1.1), y donde todo el conjunto está cubierto por una cápsula (5) que queda cortada y entallada (6) resultando dos labios (5.3, 5.4), uno a cada lado del corte, alojados en el interior de la cavidad (2. 1. 1) del anillo (2) precinto de tal modo que la lengüeta (2.1) queda flexionada hacia arriba forzada y retenida por el labio (5.3) inferior del tramo (5.2) superior de cápsula (5) para su liberación en el momento de la primera apertura del tapón (1) de tal modo que ésta (2.1) adopta su forma natural, quedando visible incluso tras el cierre a modo de anillo ya que el labio (5.3) del tramo superior (5.2) de la cápsula (5) queda dispuesto de forma que cubre la parte inferior del tapón (1) mientras que el labio (5.4) del tramo (5.1) inferior de la cápsula (5) queda alojado debajo de la lengüeta (2.1) en la cavidad (2.1).2.- Medio de cierre de tapones para botellas con evidencia de apertura según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque la cápsula (5) es de aluminio.3.- Medio de cierre de tapones para botellas con evidencia de apertura según la reivindicación 2 caracterizado porque el aluminio empleado en la cápsula (5) es de aluminio aleado con objeto de aumentar su resistencia.
